Welcome to the Top Level Martial Arts Camp website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our site.

1. General Information

  • Event Details: The Top Level Martial Arts Camp is scheduled for May 15-18, 2025, and is hosted at Top Level Martial Arts in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. These dates will be different for each subsequent event. Please refer to the individual camp registration for exact date information.
     

  • Eligibility: The camp is open to jiu-jitsu practitioners of all ages. Minors under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Registration and Payment

  • Registration: All attendees must complete the registration form and submit payment via the website. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • Pricing:

    • Regular Cost: $349

    • Early Bird Special: $299 (Jan 15 - Feb 25, 2025)

    • Single Seminar Attendance: $149 per seminar

    • Group Discount: School owners bringing 2+ students will receive half-price admission.

  • Refund Policy: Registrations are refundable up to 7 days prior to the start of the camp. In the event of a cancellation after the refund date, registrants may transfer their spot to another participant by notifying us in writing prior to the camp start date.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Behavior Expectations: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to the rules set forth by the camp and facility. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  • Liability Waiver: By registering, attendees acknowledge the inherent risks associated with martial arts training and agree to release Top Level Martial Arts, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All materials provided during the camp, including but not limited to instructional videos, seminar content, and swag, are protected by copyright and are the property of Top Level Martial Arts or the respective instructors.

  • Prohibited Use: Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share camp materials without express written permission.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Personal Data: We collect personal information during the registration process to facilitate camp participation. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties without your consent.

  • Photos and Videos: By attending, you consent to the use of your image in photos and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
